CHAIRS GUIDELINES
- Please arrive at the conference hall at least 30 minutes before your session.
- If you completed the registration, please stand by in the session room until the session starts.
- Please adjust the microphone to speak/hear clearly.
- Please be aware of the time of your session and cooperate in the smooth progress of the session.
PTCOG-AO 2022 CONFERENCE PROCESS
1) How to prepare for the session.
- Your seat will be on right side of the stage, and you must be seated and prepare the session.
- The monitor will be prepared for you to check the presentation materials.
- PTCOG-AO 2022 will be live streaming to our website.
2) Introduction of Speaker / Presenter
- In the case of speakers (International speakers, etc.) who are unable to attend offline, we will play the pre-recorded videos, so please give a brief comment about them. And after the pre-recorded video has been ended, the Q&A will be a LIVE ZOOM connection.
- You can check the CVs of speakers / presenters on the chairperson's table.
3) Q&A
