Abstract Submission Guidelines

  1. All abstracts must be submitted online by September 18th (Sunday)
  2. Abstracts must be written in clear English and presented in English.
  3. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, it means we have no record of your submission. If you want to be sure that you made a submission, check the e-mail address that you used to make your submission.
  4. All presenting authors are obliged to register by Sunday, 23th October 2022.
  5. Presenting Author must complete the registration before the Authors' Registration Deadline. If not, the abstract will be withdrawn.

Topics Choose one categories and scientific topics from the suggested.
Title The abstract title is not limited and must be submitted using the sentence case (e.g., This is the title of my abstract)
Authors
(All type of Authors)
  • List the primary author’s full name, followed by the other authors’ full names.
  • Authors’ information requested: Last name, First name, Affiliations, City, Country, Email address. (e.g. Hong, Gildong, Department of 000, Hankook University, Seoul, South Korea, hong_gildong@hankookuniversity)
  • Up to 10 authors can be submitted for one abstract (including the presenting authors).
Presenting Authors Please denote the presenting author with the asterisk (*).
  • The presenting author is allowed to participate in the other abstract as the co-author, but not as the primary author.
  • Presenting authors must register for the meeting through the website.
Body of Abstract Please refer to the below, “Guideline for Body of Abstract”
Keywords 4 ~ 6 keywords that best represent the content of the paper.

Guideline for Body of Abstract

  1. The Abstract Body should be informative and detailed with four separated paragraphs.

    - Conclusion:
  2. The maximum abstract length is 300 words.
  3. Up to 3 pictures/charts/tables can be included along with your abstract. Images must be entered in JPEG (jpg, jpeg) format, and may be no greater than 400px in width.
  4. The number of submitted abstracts per one submitter/author is not limited.

Notification of Acceptance

All abstracts will be reviewed by the PTCOG-AO 2022 Local Organizing Committee, who will consider its formal aspects and the content. They will decide which abstracts will be accepted and may reconsider the final presentation type.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

If you want to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat(secretary@ptcog-ao2022.org) by e-mail 24:00 Thursday, 20th October 2022. (KST)
